While searching for Ashley, Magnus, Will, Druitt and Tesla run into the path of Kate Freelander, a con artist who has ties with the Cabal and who reveals the secret facility where Ashley is being kept.

Having transformed into a Super Abnormal with devastating powers, Ashley and her recently cloned fighters begin their onslaught, destroying Sanctuaries in cities around the world.

3. Eulogy
Magnus and Druitt have a difficult time coping with the death of Ashley. Meanwhile, Will and Henry have a tough task on their hands when the abnormals from the destroyed Sanctuaries seek refuge at theirs.

4. Hero
A superhero is trapped by Magnus and taken to the Sanctuary for testing. Elsewhere, after discovering an eggshell, Will and Declan go on the search for a creature that's loose in the city.

5. Pavor Nocturnus
Two armed men rescue Dr. Magnus after she is attacked by a vicious creature, and take her to a nearby abandoned building. After being hosed down and dumped in a room Magnus becomes fearful of her fate.

6. Fragments
Dr. Magnus fights to save Rachel's life after they discover that Jack's species is releasing deadly spores that have infected Rachel.

7. Veritas
Will tries to defend Magnus from the heads of the Sanctuary Network when they accuse her of committing a shocking murder.

8. Next Tuesday
Magnus and Will take a last minute trip to capture a rare abnormal near an oil rig. Everything seems to be going smooth with the capture, until they attempt to leave with the abnormal.

9. Penance
Helen and Jimmy reunite as he takes an important Abnormal to the Sanctuary, however they are soon hunted by mobsters. Meanwhile, Kate and Jimmy bond over a common shared history.

10. Sleepers
Magnus and Will investigate the disappearances of teenagers with links to them spending time at a rehab clinic in Mexico. Magnus and Will are shocked to see Nikola Tesla as the program director.

11. Haunted
Magnus and her team rescue the passengers of a sinking ship off the coast of South Africa. Back at the Sanctuary, one of the passengers is found murdered and Druitt becomes the prime suspect.

12. Kali (Pt 1)
Magnus, Will and Kate travel to Mumbai, India, on a mission to investigate the link to a murder. To make matters worse Will becomes ill before he mysteriously disappears.

Will begins to experience strange visions that are connected to the Cult of Kali as Magnus has difficulty finding the solution to their problems.
