Q. When will SCI FI be available in widescreen?
A. SCI FI is currently evaluating the transition to a fully 16:9 format. Interestingly, a large percentage of the shows currently on our schedule are not available to us in 16:9. The process to convert them is extensive. We anticipate a decision and a proposed time line for conversion at the end of May 2008.
Q. How do I change my personal details?
A. If you are a SCI FI member, simply login, change your details and submit.
Q. How much do SMS guide reminders cost?
A. They are FREE! Simply go to the TV Guide + select an episode, we will send you a FREE SMS or e-mail reminder to watch.
Q. Is SCI FI available in the U.S?
A. Yes! SCI FI is all over the world US, France, Germany to name a few. SCI FI forms a larger group globally so we share a lot of the same programming and have access to exciting sci fi shows and exclusive extras.
Q. Do you sell DVDs of your shows?
A. No we don't but most of the shows are available through the major retailers ie EzyDVD, Myer, Amazon.
Q. I would like to do work experience at SCI FI, how do I apply?
A. SCI FI's policy is to allow two work experience placements a year. Should you wish to apply, you must apply as part of an education institution programme such as a school which provides insurance coverage for yourself during the duration of the work experience.
