Michael Bay Announces Transformers 3

Michael Bay just posted on his website some shocking, unbelievable news. The Transformers movie franchise will continue!


Whilst this statement has not been fact-checked, the sheer venality of Hollywood and the fact that it's not April 1 mean that it's more than likely to be accurate. And 'awesome'.


The word 'awesome' will now officially be used to describe not good, but evil. To make sure you understand that the word is now heavily imbued with sarcasm, we are now going to attempt to invent sarcasm text for the internet - here goes: Michael Bay makes AwEsOmE movies.


We can cross our fingers, and hope against hope, but really, why bother? Let us await the ineveitable tsunami of metal and poor judgement together.





Here's the statement from the michaelbay.com. We are NOT making this up. One wonders if Megan will be worried about 'random internal hemorrhaging and inability to sleep'. Sounds a bit rough.


"Well its official: We have a great Transformers 3 story. The release date is now July 1st 2011. Not 2012.
