Star Wars Vs Star Trek - The Empire Strikes Back!

With JJ Abrams' new Star Trek proving even more of a box office monster than even the studio executives had thought (more than $USD 76 million at the US weekend!) it seemed only obvious that a few of the local San Franciscan Star Wars Fans (San Francisco being the home of Lucasfilm, and conversely, the fictional Star Fleet Academy) have gotten together to unleash their wrath.

No, not a Khan-like wrath, more of a 'where are your rebel friends now?' kind of wrath.

It's nice to see that in these worlds of CGI and imagination, the humour comes from the truly human interaction of Stormtroopers enjoying a spot of sightseeing.

It's an old old battle. But fun! Star Wars fans are right - Trek does suck. Trekkies are right - there is no Jar Jar in 40 years of the Federation, and therefore Star Trek wins. For? Against? Don't hold back - use Vulcan logic, and let the Force flow through you!

  being a star trek and star wars fan I feel that each show and or movie has it's own charm trek gives us Hope for a better future where as star wars gives you the chance to dream of what may be but as far as Iám concerned I like them both it is all about what you like.
