Sure the concept of a computer keyboard being 'cool' is something alien to many of us. Many of us may consider the idea of having anything more interesting than the slab of plastic that Dell sent to you as a complete and utter waste of time.

But some of us beg to differ.





Some of us embrace the geeky. And we loves the sexiness of this here keyboard. The Luxeed Dynamic Pixel LED Keyboard (or the LDP LED Keyboard, as we like to call it) comes with a fully customizable colour set.

With 403 different LED lights, you can have a different colour for every key, or if you want, you can have a scrolling rainbow effect. That way you can be a geek and a hippy!





You can program it to do all sorts of things, like light up when you tap it, or perhaps mimic the light show of a Romanian Discotheque.





Anyway you look at it, this is the perfect keyboard for those who want to be a little bit different.

The only thing that we can find wrong with it is that the software requires Windows XP or Vista, so you can't get all sexy and glowy with your Mac. Poobumwee!





It comes in several variants, including a translucent white model and a black model. Pricing is around $USD 200.
