The Hayden Christensen starrer is out now on DVD and Blu-ray , and comes packed with extras.

Whilst the film didn't quite manage to add up the sum of it's hype, it's still an excellent example of cool special effects and a pretty decent Sci Fi concept.

It also looks like it's going to be the first in a series - which is a relief to those who've seen the film in all its 'this is how we set up our hero' glory. For fans of Hayden Christensen and director Doug Liman, it's a must for the Blu-ray or DVD collection. The dynamic effects have certainly won some fans, and the finale - well, if you haven't seen it - quite the eye opener, to put it mildly.





Extras include a commentary with director Doug Liman, writer Simon Kinberg and producer Lucas Foster, docos and interviews, a feature about the transfer of the story from novel to film, a graphic novel, previz from the film's production archives and the special effects techniques used to get the unique 'jumping' effect.

A niice package for the Sci Fi collector.
