Here's a nifty little website for all those people who have ever wondered how long they'd survive in the harsh vacuum of space without a space suit, or of course, a space ship. We've all seen Sci Fi moments where characters manage to survive with the occasional frostbite, burst blood vessels and occasional icky eyeballs.
But when it comes to yourself, sometimes a Sci Fi scriptwriter just isn't good enough - we need the cold harsh reality that only a website can provide! The good people at oneforyou now offer this sterling service. Not that you may need it straight away, but it's good to know, just in case...

Duck says:Surely no-one could survive longer than a few seconds in the complete vacuum of space because the internal pressures acting on the inside of your body would cause it to explode outward. Only if the body was quick frozen prior to vacuum exposure would it survive intact.
