Coles, Target and K-Mart have just announced a new range of Star Wars keychain collectibles.
There are 50 in all, and they go for $2 a pop.
If you wish to both garner free collectables and instant fame and glory and your own fan following, Coles is offering dedicated fans the opportunity to win one of FIVE (that's 5) Framed Star Wars 24 - Piece Keychain collections, worth more than $350, by directing your own 30-60 second Star Wars scene for publication youTube.
"The rules are simple, bring one or more of the 50 characters to life by creating your very own masterpiece. Whether you act out your favourite scene, create a preview of the next film or invent a blooper, Coles simply want to see you use the force!"
Indeed.
Coles says the keychains will only be available over the next six weeks, so all you mini-Lucases out there better get cracking!
If you want to join in, Coles is hosting a YouTube page, and is calling for entries in its mini-film festival now.
The competition closes Friday May 9, so not much time.
Here's the Coles instructions:
"HOW TO ENTER

SET RECONNAISSANCE: Transform your sandpit into Tatooine, your shrubbery into Endor, your deep-freeze into Hoth!
