The magnificence of March blazes on with even more cool stuff this week. As the countdown to Heroes on March 20 continues, this week sees the premiere of Season Seven of Buffy the Vampire Slayer on weekdays at 5.30pm, from Thursday the 6th.

Season Seven? The last season. The gangbuster season. It's filled with a veritable army of slayers, giant worms, Spike going crazy, Anya going vicious, Nathan Fillion from Serenity pops up, even Faith comes back! Quite the season, building up to one hell (literally) of a finale with some of Joss Whedon's best work and some of the top all time Buffy episodes. Buffy fans will flock to SCI FI every afternoon, and if you need to know why Buffy does have such passionate fans, a look in on this good stuff will help you understand.

But the good times don't stop there. The movie of the week is 1980's Superman II, quite possibly the most fun of all the Superman movies (including the last one!).

Terence Stamp as General Zod leads a trio of black Glomesh-clad villains (himself, Ursa and Non) all the way from their prison in the Kryptonian Phantom Zone all the way to earth, where they are ready to get some Righteous Kryptonian Vengeance on that annoying son of the guy who put them away, Kal-El. Por old Jor-El. If only he knew.

Classic scenes of weirdness (the beginning with the jury pronouncing the baddies "guilty, guilty, guilty!") tremendous wire-flying sequences, crazy walking on water gags, Terence Stamp with Gene Hackman as Lex Luthor negotiating (all I want is... "Australia!") and Christopher Reeve as the classic (and best!) Superman overcoming odds of three against one with not just super powers but super cunning make this a super-treat. Don't super-miss it or you'll be super-er-upset.

Capture the super fun, on Saturday, March 8 at 1.30pm, 11pm and Sunday, March 9 at 12.30pm. Dern dern der, den denaaaah!
