Nooooo! Star Trek Gets Pushed Back From Dec 25 To May 8 2009!

Entertainment stalwart Variety has just let rip with super irritating anti-Star Trek news, with the announcement that Paramount are adding 5 months to our wait time for more big screen Trek.
The potential for bigger earnings was cited as the reason, with less competition in May than at peak movie time over Christmas. Says Variety: "Star Trek" has no competition in its new slot -- at least not so far, although it opens one week after 20th Century Fox bows "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and one week before Sony is slated to bow sequel "Angels and Demons."
One word to describe our feelings - "Khaaaaaaaaaaan!"
